December 10, 2021: The Student Senate of The University of Cambodia (UCSS) in collaboration with the Office of Public Affairs and Alumni (OPACA) of The University of Cambodia distributed 6,000 masks to the Hun Sen Ban Dav High School. On that occasion, the combined team of UCSS and OPACA members distributed scholarship information of The University of Cambodia to the students, which would provide an important opportunity to those high school students who will soon graduate. In addition, the UCSS-OPACA team distributed face masks to the principals, teachers and students of the Hun Sen Ban Dav High School to support and contribute to the prevention of the spread of Covid-19 and to strictly implement a policy of prevention with “3 Don’ts and 3 Protections.”
On 7th December 2021, The University of Cambodia received a team of the Union Mobile of Cambodia & Korea (UMCK) that was on a visit to Cambodia. After having signed the MOU between the two institutions previously, both sides also have been in close consultations to discuss a possible joint cooperation project in the areas of IT and cyber-education. The goal of this project is to improve life skills, strengthen digital capacity for the students, and explore academic cooperation. Both sides had a productive meeting.
On 07 December 2021, The University of Cambodia (UC) received the donation of 2,000 of Rapid Tests from H.E. Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge of as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB).
